Was ändert sich durch die neue DIN EN 13670 und DIN 1045-3?

Ähnlich wie bei den Betonnormen DIN EN 206-1 [1] und DIN 1045-2 [2], wird jetzt die Bauausführung von Tragwerken aus Beton ebenso in einer europäischen Norm, der DIN EN 13670 [3], geregelt sein, die national durch die DIN 1045-3, mit Ausgabedatum März 2012 [4], als Anwendungsregel ergänzt wird. Die neue DIN 1045-3, als Nationaler Anhang, unterscheidet sich daher grundlegend von der bislang bekannten Norm. Sie bezieht sich nun auf die Texte der DIN EN 13670 und ergänzt, streicht oder ändert Aussagen oder Abschnitte. Der Beitrag erläutert die neue Norm und zeigt die für die Praxis wichtigen Änderungen auf.
Construction of load-bearing concrete structures – what has been changed by the new DIN EN 13670 and DIN 1045-3? .
In a similar way to the DIN EN 206-1 and DIN 1045-2 concrete standards, the construction of load-bearing concrete structures is now also regulated by a European standard, DIN EN 13670, that is supplemented nationally by DIN 1045-3 (issued March 2012) containing the application regulations. As a national appendix the new DIN 1045-3 differs fundamentally from the previous standard. It now relates to the text of DIN EN 13670 and supplements, deletes or changes statements or sections. DIN EN 13670, together with the new DIN 1045-3, had been included in the specimen list of technical building regulations issued by the DIBt (German Institute of Construction Engineering) by December 2011 as a replacement for DIN 1045-3 (2008) with the stipulation that the federal states must implement this list by mid 2012. This implementation has been carried out in the majority of states. The new construction standard is therefore included in the list of technical building regulations, is valid and must be applied. In North Rhine-Westphalia, for example, it was published in the Ministerial Gazette of 20th June 2012. The Construction Standards Committee intends to compile a consolidated version from DIN EN 13670 and the new DIN 1045-3 in which the texts from DIN EN 13670 that are not valid in Germany will be replaced by the corresponding texts from DIN 1045-3 in order to increase the user-friendliness of the two standards. This article shows that the changes that affect building practice remain easily comprehensible.
