Die mit den BBQ-Klassen der neuen DIN 1045-1000 verbundene Einführung eines Kommunikationskonzepts wurde bislang noch nicht in der Praxis erprobt. Um zu überprüfen, ob das neue Kommunikationskonzept wie vorgesehen bei Bauobjekten umsetzbar ist und greift, wurde in 2021 vor Veröffentlichung der Norm-Entwürfe der neuen DIN 1045-Reihe ein Planspiel für das Arbeiten nach der neuen DIN 1045 – Teil 1000 durchgeführt. Das Planspiel hat das BBQ-Konzept bestätigt, aber auch Lücken aufgedeckt. Die Ergebnisse sind als Einsprüche in das Normungsverfahren für DIN 1045-1000 eingeflossen.
Business simulation for working with the BBQ concept
The introduction of a communication concept associated with the BBQ classes of the new DIN 1045-1000 has not yet been tested in practice. In order to check whether the new communication concept can be implemented and is effective in construction objects as intended, a business simulation for working according to the new DIN 1045 - Part 1000 was carried out in 2021 before the publication of the draft standards of the new DIN 1045 series. The simulation confirmed the BBQ concept, but also revealed gaps. The results have been incorporated as objections in the standardisation procedure for DIN 1045-1000. The subsequent application of the draft of the new DIN 1045-1000 showed that the BBQ concept is applicable and has only a few ”gaps“, which were identified during the subsequent application to the new building of the HeidelbergCement AG Group headquarters. One example of this is the classification of building parts before and after the tender discussion. Based on these gaps, suggestions for improvement were developed in the follow-up to the simulation, which are now available for consultation after the end of the objection procedure. However, the simulation also showed that the new communication concept can be implemented as intended in construction projects and actually works: The ”optimal ‘theoretical’ path to the goal“ shown in the BBQ concept leads to optimised results for all participants.
